If you are a developer you can download the source code (C#.NET, visual studio 2008) here. There is no license (you can do whatever you want with it, but please let me know at mrzephy -at- gmail -dot- com).

The included wallpaper is for designed for the 1920x1200 resolution, so if you use another resolution, change the wallpaper! To exit the program, click anywhere in the background, and press Alt and F4.
Instructions

- Download
- Extract in a new folder anywhere
- Run Windows Touch Remix Config to change the settings if you wish (if you are having problems try disabling Desktop Replace Mode in the Skinning section)
- Run WindowsTouchRemix and enjoy!

If you make a nice skin, please send it to me at mrbrdo (at) gmail (dot) com and i will post it on this page.
You must send the "wtrskin.xml" file and the "imgs" folder (or wherever you have the background images).
